"The location is good but the stay was very disappointing"

Was promoted as a 3 bedroom space but there were only 2 rooms. The overall space was quite dirty. Dusty and it had a few cockroaches (dead and alive). The check-in instructions were also not provided upon booking or even provided the day before checking in. Had to personally contact the number associated with the listing via call and then message on WhatsApp so that I’m able to understand or get checking in information.
