Location was excellent in town centre with train station and shops within walking distance. Customer service from this company is excellent. I had an issue with noisy neighbours and it was dealt with very well.

Directions were hard to follow

Location central. Beds comfortable.

Would have liked a bit of milk on arrival in the fridge. Bath and shower rooms if rejuvenated would lift the whole property.

Great location and spotlessly clean. Ideal for our purposes

Very difficult to find the instructions were lacking. The property is in need of some updating, decoration and basic maintenance, light bulbs were particularly poor of the three lights in the en-suite only one was working, of four lights under the kitchen wall units only one was working. When trying to leave the parking garage the sensor wasn't working so we had to go round and enter the code from the outside.

Perfect location clean and spacious Apartment.

The bathrooms have black mould spots in grout and sealant.

The location was excellent. Right near the station and shops. Two of the party were elderly, apprehensive ladies, but we found it very easy to catch the train into London to see the sights. We wished that we could have stayed longer, but there was no availability.

A few little niggles were put right very quickly by our friendly and approachable host Mark.
