Unit size.

Power trip every 5 mins during the 1st day arrival and only resolved it at 11pm. A few down lights was faulty even after replacement. Floor dusty and got ants. 2nd day the AirCond unit got Water leaking until flooded the Area. Told the unit Owner but no Action to resolve.

I like the location, AC, and the unit size is spacious

We don’t like the cockroaches, bugs, the smoke from the hallway, the stained bed sheets, the rotten bathroom doors, and the dirty kitchen and bathroom counters.

slow to administer defect in lights and air conditioning.

Location is really great especially when your trip relates to medication or doctor consultation, the building is just next to the hospital so we can save more time to just reaching by walking distance. Also walking distance to the seashore and restaurants.
