More activities need to be added within the property. Veg menu options needs to be increased.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was courteous.

The property is nice but very limited facility. The restaurant was extremely over priced. They are not serving alcohol yet which is not mentioned anywhere. We checked in to celebrate our anniversary. During check in we gave all the required documents but suddenly at around 10.15 in the night we got a call from the reception from the same staff who checked us in called sourav that my documents were not given. My husband reminded him that we gave a soft copy of my passport which we clicked a picture of with his phone and then he said ok let me check. That was a little off and unprofessional.

The food is generally good. The location is approachable, just 20 minutes drive away from EM bypass. The Spa setup is great. The staff is courteous and helpful. We understand the property is still being built so we don't mind the unfinished roads.

General cleanliness needs improvement. Dry leaves everywhere. Bathroom fixtures feel worn out. Drinking water is supplied in small 250-500 cc plastic bottles, adding significantly to plastic waste. Food portion size and size of breakfast spread are not up to the ITC standards. Some may find it a bit overpriced.
