I had a issues finding a lock box Ryan was available right away when I sent the message and extremely nice

The apartment was spacious and had everything, from dishwasher and microwave, to washing machine and drying machine, to weighting scales and a powerful hairdryer. Bed was comfortable and the place felt safe. Perfectly positioned for university campus and for downtown. It also had a lot of natural light with lots of windows. Recommended!

The condo was excellent. Very cool vibe and comfortable. Everything worked well and was modern and up to date.

This can’t be helped or rectified by the owner - University Ave is very noisy.

Location great. Covered parking great. Place was stylish, clean and comfortable. So far the best place I have stayed in gvill. Will definitely book again for bi-monthly visits if it’s available.

I didn’t care for the auto-timed AC reset, as coming back to a hot apartment after being out in the heat was not ideal. I’d have liked the temp to have remained constant at a comfortable level for me for the duration of the stay.

The view was excellent! The value for such a spacious, clean, comfortable stay was amazing! I wish I wasn't just passing through because 1 night wasn't enough! I definately wanted to stay longer.

Eventhough the check-in steps are very detailed, we had trouble finding the box with the key. I think it might have gotten moved, since the details were slightly off from the instructions.

I felt safe there. It was close enough to everything I was there for.

No complaints at all

We have a daughter at Florida, we go up several times a year to see her perform. It's a perfect location and it's a really comfortable and fun place to stay. We'll be back.
