They are not trustworthy. They removed £300 security deposit, which is yet to be returned till now. When I was out, someone came to remove the door key handle, I reported to them, but they claimed am the one that did it. When I requested that the CCTV footage be reviewed, the staff I spoke with said the CCTV was not operational. But, by the second day, another staff claimed the CCTV did not capture anyone entering the compound. I suspect it was a ploy not to return my security deposit. I have not heard anything from them since then. I intend to escalate the matter.

Nothing - the code for the key safe was incorrect- arrived after attending a concert @ Wembley… 55 minutes several tense calls with booking.com before the correct code given. @ gone midnight finally gained access to find place stank like an old ashtray… couldn’t get any response from booking or host- we left after 10 minutes and drove 3.5 hours home!!!!

Property was occupied by someone else when i arrived. I was stranded in london with nowhere to stay.

The bathroom window did not lock. The WiFi was hardly working.

I stay every two weeks in a different place in London and I have never had such a bad experience as this time.. I arrived at the place at night after paying and ordering and I did not receive the code to enter.. after that the reception was very bad so that I could not communicate with the operators of the place.. after As I managed to call them, the call was disconnected several times.. and then they directed me to the wrong property.. after that I had to move to another property.. it was not possible to lock the property only the gate that was in the yard.. the place smelled terribly and there is no reception Worst experience I've ever had..
FRI have asked many times to have the invoice of my stay. I have still not got it...

It was a very bad experience, so disappointed When we got there,wasn’t any parking ,As they have Advertised as free parking in capital letters,as we walked into the property,it had a severe smell of damp,there was no hot water in the bathroom sink ,got in touch with the host they got back to a day later,I was told that I’m allowed to park my car between the 2 houses at the front between the 2 properties,which I did then the neighbour came out and started swearing at me,so I had to park my car 10-15 minutes away from the apartment, a few days later the water started dripping from the ceiling from one of the spot lights near to the bed,I reported all this to the host again,they said they will look into it, and speak with the landlord,which took them 3 days to get back to me,saying we will send a handyman ,I booked the apartment for a week but we left a day early,so wasn’t interested in the handyman coming,I have photographic evidence and video recordings of all the problems that we experienced,

Even though it was very clean it was left for a while the covers were dusty.
