Was not impressed by the cloak and dagger approach to getting the keys. Had to phone 4 hours before arrival and then again when we got to toll booth closest to Uvongo. I felt like I was in some sort of James Bond movie, trying to figure out how I was going to get Keys. Pitched at complex and was let in by another estate agent. Let into flat by caretaker of complex. The actual keys arrived later courtesy of a very pleasant lady Gerrie. One has to ask why all the secrecy? The list of rules that accompanies your booking is ridiculous and many of them would not stand up in a court of law.

Was close to the beach and looked as promised. Kitchen had new furniture and the washing machines are good added benefit. There was also a swimming pool.

Worse company to book at. Still did not receive my deposit back and was promised to receive it the 7th. Now they want to pay it back on their own terms only the 21st shocking!!!! Beds were very uncomfortable. The door did not work properly and the gas stove as well very old funrniture. They call you up and down for extra payments but cant send back your money. Not impressed at all. They keep blaming bookings.com for communication not being done properly.

when we arrived the host was very friendly. We felt instantly welcome and don't get me started on the view it was amazing the location of the property is also very convenient for shopping The property itself was very comfortable very up-to-date appliances
