The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great for where we were going to.

There was NO FRIDGE in the kitchen! I asked where the fridge was and was told it was in the kitchen. When I said it wasn't they said they'd get back to me and never did! The kitchen was lovely, albeit sparsely equipped (didn't matter to us as the kids were at a swimming competition) but a fridge was essential as we'd food that needed refrigerating for the 2 days we were poolside, and knowing there was no fridge we would NOT have stayed there. Also the television had no aerial, so when we got back and the kids wanted to chill and watch tv Al they had was Rakuten! Advertising/listing a tv gives expectations of tv channels to watch on it.. This was not the case. It's a shame but these small things were very important on an intense swimming competition weekend.

Very clean, very tidy was way better than we anticipated...

Only issue was getting into centre of Birmingham was an hour bus ride away, but thats not the propertys fault
