1. La ubicación muy buena. 2. Las toallas estaban limpias.

1. La ropa de cama no estaba limpia, los cojines café apestaban a grasa de cabeza y estaban sucios, las sobrefundas también olían desagradable y el piso estaba sucio con cabellos. En el anuncio general indica "parking gratis", el cual no tiene, es parqueo en la calle con aquello de que terceros lo utilizan por la cafetería y barbería instalados en el edificio. Si bien al ingresar a los servicios detallados indica que es en la calle, la primera impresión es que el edificio cuenta con parqueo (no en la calle). También dice "vistas a la ciudad", pero solo tiene un pequeño balcón en donde solamente se ve la calle del frente.

Es un lugar tranquilo.

No me gustó la presión que hacen por desalojar el lugar, incluso lo invitan a salirse antes de la hora acordada a sabiendas que si uno se adelanta o se pasa de las horas acordadas hay un pago adicional.

Estaba muy limpio y olía bien. El precio justo, la ducha tenía agua caliente, en muy buena zona. Realmente buena experiencia.

El parqueo esta afuera, cercano a la calle, pero la zona es muy segura.

The ease of access. We were frequently in and out of the room and we never came across a problem. Good wifi and AC. Clean and comfortable beds. The management quickly responded to my questions through the app.

Everything was positive

The apartment of Casa Serena was very cozy with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, especially during sunrise. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Communication with the owners was great and the check-in, check-out process was easy. The kitchen space in the apartment was perfect and had all the amenities needed to cook in house. Casa serena felt like a home away from home.

The parking spots near the hotel can get filled out, and they are hard to pull into/out off since it is off of a main street. The traffic noise can be a little loud especially during the night.

A quiet, comfortable place in San Salvador. The host's communication was excellent and the room was thoughtfully decorated and cozy. An overall great experience!
