"Clean and safe location around a local area, not very touristy location, good experience!"

The location was nice since there are some places to eat around it, the room was clean. I checked in late and there were clear and concise instructions on how to access the building and the room. There is not a front desk person available, or at least I saw a person for only a few minutes but the communication over messaging was nice.

Maybe just the traffic noise but I believe that is the same thing overall around the City for a residence area.
