"Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage, im Moment mit großen Abstrichen."

Eine tolle Wohnung wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. An alles ist gedacht.

In dem Gebäude wird renoviert. Von 8.30 Uhr bis 16.30 Uhr Presslufthammer und Kreissäge. Zu laut. 2 Balkone nicht nutzbar. Zu viel Staub und Lärm. Am Pool das gleiche. Konnten den nur nach 16.30 Uhr nutzen. Hätte ich das alles gewusst ( es gab noch mehr) hätte ich die Wohnung nicht gemietet. Das war kein Urlaub. 1 Woche 2500 Euro und keine Erholung. In 1-2 Jahren, wenn das ganze Gebäude fertig ist würde ich wieder hinfahren.

As described, nice penthouse with good facilities. Close to beach and pool. Bed linen fresh and great family space. Hallandale beach is very nice.

Poolside could do with some TLC with better beds and umbrellas. Fob cost $30 extra which was unexpected. Couldn’t lock some of the patio doors. Some of the reception staff are a bit sullen.
