Hotel Prince Palace Deluxe - New Delhi

Hotel survice is not good.

I loved the behaviour of the staff in the hotel.. specially the manager.. He was quite polite and cooperative.. The ambiance of the hotel was superb and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Also the quality of the food was great.

I booked a triple bed room in this hotel and can say that the room was really nice and comfortable. Additionally, I loved the behaviour of the staff which was quite polite and humble, specially the manager at the reception. Food quality was good and the prices of food items were genuine.

Perhaps nothing..

The staff was friendly and willing to help. The location in central Delhi near Connaught Place and Old Delhi suited us. And the price was good.

The room was quite small--jist room for the bed and a desk at the foot of the bed--but we only came back to the room to sleep, so this was not a problem for us. The neighborhood was crowded and noisy, which some might not like, but was quintessential India. It was not noisy at night. We slept well.

Hotel denied check in. And that too after reaching the hotel.

Staff are very rude don’t have manner’s to talk with clients specially woman’s those who have kids
