Die Lage war sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse oberhalb Sta Margherita, zu Fuss in 5 Minuten alles gut erreichbar. Schön eingerichtetes Appartement und sehr schöner schattiger Garten nach Norden ausgerichtet der bestimmt im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Wir waren im Oktober da. Gemütliche Betten.

Check in etwas kompliziert. Wir mussten unseren Ausweis per Videochat zeigen obwohl wir ein Foto vom Ausweis geschickt hatten.

It was lovely and clean.And felt safe and all the facilities was good.

The mattress was a little bit old and out of shape, could do with new one and extra bags for the bin and some extra pillows with pillow covers.and some information about where to put the rubbish would be good

Great location, easy to find parking (maybe also cause off season), underfloor heating. Very easy to collect the key from keybox. Nice property with a nice terrace that we didn't use as it was winter but I can see having breakfast there in summer. Close to the centre but outside the busy area.

A bit more attention to details: if there is a Nespresso machine there should also be a couple of capsules, same with some ground coffee given there is a moka left at the house, or a bit of dish soap. People that are staying only a couple of nights expect to find these basic things.
