Very clean, spacious room

The location is good, and the hotel is quite pretty.

We were in one of the downstairs rooms. There was a "smell" in the room, and the hotel was super noisy. The person in the room above us woke us up every night. When they would walk in their room, our chandelier was making noise..

Good location

Not very clean and getting access is difficulty as you get no key and there isn’t always someone at reception so you have to wait long to get in and it’s not safe, especially at night.

The only thing I liked was the decor. Vintage feel.

The staff was so unprofessional. Receptionist was sleeping on the kitchen floor. The room had a leakage in the roof and a bucket to catch the water. Shocking breakfast too.

Location is central. Staff are friendly enough when you see you them. Hotel is actually quite nice looking. Much better upstairs.

I didn’t realise I would be woken with the call to prayer every morning at 4am (repeated throughout the day). Also the lower floor rooms are street level and people can see in your window (they are very close to street). The room was cleaned twice in over 10 days. Was eventually told this was because I didn’t leave them my key (this is a first for me in all my times stating in a hotel). There were times I had to wait for 10-20 mins at the door for someone to buzz me in. This is a lot for a place with 24 hour staff coverage. Being downstairs you can hear any conversations from the front desk extremely audibly. This was sometimes very very loud indeed. One night there were people being loud at 1am to about 4am downstairs by the front desk - no one that works there said anything at all. Also I’m not sure any part of this hotel is actually a spa!
