Location is good Infront of Mall

The lower staff was good, but the manager was very unprofessional. He misbehaved with us even though we paid him extra for our seven-hour overstay. Despite this, he continued to be rude. Overall, our experience was really bad. There were cockroaches on the floor under the mattress. One night, while we were sleeping, someone started working right in front of our window—they were hanging a signboard at 2 AM. The drilling and noise from the workers made it impossible to sleep, and I had an exam the next day. The toilets were smelly, and at one point, there was no water. The sink was broken, and the taps were rusty. Everything was just so bad. I will warn everyone to stay away from this place. I booked through the app, and at the end of our stay, the manager falsely claimed that we had been given a deluxe room when, in reality, we were staying in the exact room shown in the pictures under our booking. It was a very poor experience. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and the AC barely worked. There were mosquitoes and bugs everywhere, and both my wife and I are now covered in rashes because of them. Very poor, poor, poor!
