I didn't stay in this property, as I booked it in the very last moment (in the afternoon on the day of check-in). Property was already fully booked, so the host offer me accommodation in the next hotel, which worked fine for us, as we stayed in Playa only for one night. Still I rated in 9, because it was the average rating at the time of my review.

Super location at Quinta Avenida, and just one block to the beach or the ADO bus station! clean, comfortable, affordable, etc.

There is a kitchen, but only very rudimentary and old equipment to cook anything, and no coffee maschine.

Noisy location, next to disco, kitchen corner was not very well equiped

Long haul straight up stairs to our room. We arrived after hours & had a wrong key code. Spent a bit of time outside before getting proper code.

A lot of restaurant with loud music so hard to sleep until at least 3 in the morning. Constantly noisy on the street. The apartment has a small kitchen but no way to cook anything unless you only need the microwave

I've stayed at this place many many times over the years and they always do a great job. It would be my pleasure to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting playa for any reason. A+

the spacious room good AC and good pressure shower, as well as 1 block away from ado on corner of 5th Avenue, but is all down hill since then

the most annoying is that I placed 2 requests one for checkin early which they told me was subject to availabity and one for late check out 3to 4 pm, which was agreed, 2 separate messages. however despite I send an early morning message to thank them for let me check out late they replied past 12 o clock saying that I needed to check out now. They blame booking.com and Made me feel uncomfortable also. they have no clue of basic hotel hospitality manner as I should have expected an apology. will notify booking as I don't think they should be listed there if they cannot get this basic thing right. I was looking forward to my last day on the beach as I spend the previous 3 recovering from being unwell with fever and chose a beach which is an hour away from the resort I was in the middle of lunch when got their message and Hurryed up and rushed to the hotel to be greeted with a grumpy face when clearly was the hotel who messed up not me, I told him if you think is booking glitch you should clarify with a representative on their platform in respect of other future guests but he was not interested at all. he just gave me a fake smile when I collected my bag . Beside this for 70dollar a night I expect a better mattress not with polyester sheets
