Gewoon een goed onderkomen voor een paar dagen.

Er waren wat weinig keukenattributen om een goede maaltijd te maken en af te drogen.

The apartment was quite sufficient for three guys on a golfing trip and might also suit a couple with bigger children for a short vacation (first floor with balcony so not suitable for small kids). There is a communal pool 60 seconds away and I imagine it is warm in the summer! Road network is good and we spent a day visiting Cartagena which was well worth the visit.

We could have done with more towels... Only one hand towel and one bath towel each for three men who were golfing & showering every day was not sufficient. The kitchenette was reasonably equipped so it had all that you need to do your own cooking. I always think that a bottle of vino is a lovely welcome and (let's all agree) there's no better place to pick up a bottle of wine at a very reasonable price.

A lovely, spacious apartment with a luxurious feel. The interior is fitted out to a high standard with lovely bathrooms and showers.The balcony was a good size and the Roda Golf complex is very pleasant.

Our check in was very rushed and unfortunately the person that met us didn't speak English and we don't speak much Spanish. Even allowing for that, there seemed to be a general lack of interest. The kitchen is quite small, so crockery and cutlery was limited and the dishwasher had to be frequently loaded. The view from the balcony is somewhat spoilt by the buildings directly in front - the view of the pool is at the side of the balcony.

The property was spacious, clean, and well-suited for our family of four. I stayed with my two sons (aged 23 and 15), and although one slept in the living room, it was large enough to comfortably accommodate him with the twin bed. Any issues we had were promptly addressed through quick communication with the owner via Booking.com. There is no supermarket on the complex anymore so the communication in the property is in correct, there is a small one outside the main entrance to the right about 10-15 minute walk. Overall, the property was lovely and well-maintained. We would especially recommend it for guests who plan to hire a car during their stay.

Unfortunately, this property is not very convenient without a car. Our transfer dropped us at the main entrance, as the exact address was hard to find. The listing mentioned a key lock at the property, but since the location details weren’t clear, this wouldn’t have helped us. Instead, someone was sent to meet us with the key. While he was polite, he spoke very little English, and we felt uncomfortable being squeezed into his small car with our luggage to be taken to the apartment. On arrival, he gave us a very quick overview, opened the blinds, handed us swim bands, told us he’d return on our last day at noon and then left. We also found it difficult getting to and from the entrance for taxis which again were hit and miss uber didn’t work at all whilst we were there. Walking to the front entrance of Roda by turning left from the apartment was quite far, and only towards the end of our stay did we discover that turning right was a much quicker route. Clearer instructions would have saved us a lot of time and hassle.

We hadden bij aankomst wat problemen met het water. Na wat heen en weer getelefoneer, heeft de eigenaar toch een loodgieter vast gekregen die het probleem nog dezelfde dag opgelost kreeg. We zijn erg dankbaar dat we zo toch nog volledig van onze vakantie konden genieten, De uitrusting in het appartement is echt top, alles wat je nodig hebt , is aanwezig. Leuk en ruim terras.

De ligging is niet optimal, je hebt echt voor alles een wagen nodig
