Casa Las Peras, La Laguna

The property itself was excellent - very clean, beautifully laid out, and stocked with everything needed for cooking and keeping the house tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and with the external blackout blinds, we slept later than usual every morning! The shower was also powerful, and the bathroom spotless. The garden was lovely and private, and we enjoyed using the BBQ even with some rainy weather. The location is just a very short walk to the centre, yet on a quiet street with privacy and parking outside. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the outstanding service from the owner, Joel, and the team. Communication was exceptional throughout. Messages were responded to almost immediately via their AI messaging system, and when needed, Joel, Amanda, or the owner personally stepped in very quickly. During our stay, there was a rare internet issue caused by the network provider. Every day the team did everything possible to help troubleshoot and resolve it. Joel came out personally and was incredibly polite, warm, and helpful. The following day, the owner, Joel, and the internet provider all attended to replace the equipment and fully resolve the issue. We also mentioned that the weather was colder than expected. Although heaters and plenty of warm blankets were already provided, the owner still went out of their way to deliver a brand new heater without us even requesting it. We stay in rental properties regularly throughout the year and rarely leave reviews, but the level of care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality here was exceptional. This is exactly how a rental property should be run. Highly recommended.

I really liked this lovely holiday house with a garden with palm trees inside. The house itself was perfect, very comfortable and spacious.

Tiene un jardín muy agradable y la casa está ubicada muy cerca del centro histórico y permite ir andando.

Las almohadas

Muy buena ubicación. Casa cómoda, limpia y en buen estado. Bien equipada.

Las almohadas fueron sin duda el gran punto negativo de la estancia. Eran tan finas que eran prácticamente inexistentes. La habitación pequeña debería tener mosquitera igual que la grande. Gran ventanal en la cocina-salón sin cortinas mirando hacia la calle, lo que da sensación de poca privacidad.
