🤝 The owners were nice and direct communication via WhatsApp is possible. We did never meet them in-person, though. 🛏️ The beds are comfortable. 🍳 The kitchen is nicely supplied. 🍖 There is a nice BBQ place at the back of the house. 📺 Nice large television and comfortable couch. 🗺️ There is tourist information material hidden in a drawer in the couch table. Free info material can also be found at basically every minor tourist attraction. ⛰️ The house is slightly up the mountain, providing a nice view downhill on the ocean that can be enjoyed from the terrace.

🚗 Due to the location, a car is basically needed to buy groceries and explore the island. Public transport exists, but the frequency of buses is quite low. The car needs to be parked on a ramp, which can be challenging (best to drive till the end). 💰 The rent needs to be transferred in advance onto a private bank account. We can confirm, however, that there were no problems with this. 💦 The house can get very moist during the day, so it is perhaps best to keep the windows 🪟 open especially after showers 🐜 The house was invaded by an increasing amount of ants during our stay, so make sure to keep food 🧀 inaccessible and put the trash outside (owner is aware of the problem and promised to fix it). 🐕 Sometimes there can be loud barking from dogs during the night.

Très grande maison, construction typique de qualité dans laquelle on se sent très à l'aise. Environnement très sympathique. Des lits de grand confort et une cuisine bien équipée.

En revanche, il faut toujours utiliser la voiture... Mais c'est ainsi à La Palma !

The house is beautiful with an amazing view and in a quiet area. It is neat, clean and tidy and equipped with everything needed. The hosts are extremely kind, helpful and try to make their best in giving a warm welcome and make one feel as comfortable as possible. I would and will definitely recommend it.

This is a nice large country house in a quiet location overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the comfort both in the house and around the house. The equipment of the house is sufficient for a nice vacation.
