It was very nice, modern and felt big

They have a paper note in the entrance with the wifi password but its not correct. The letters and numbers are correct but when you look behind the router for the password because it didn’t work then you see some letter are small and some big and that’s not how it is on the paper note. There all letters are BIG. Easy fix but better if note was correct.

A well presented property with all you could need. Close to all facilities and convenient for the town. The owner Rhea was kind and helpful giving me plenty of advice on where to go and the best things to do.

So I am a little confused because the pictures shown on Booking.com does not match the place I stayed in. Not sure what that is about. I thought this stay was very good overall. The Wi-Fi worked well. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure and heat in the shower was fine. The toilet flushed well. I didn't really have any complaints in terms of the amenities. The place was also located right next to the Ayala Mall, which was very convenient to do grocery shopping. The free welcome basket was also an appreciated and nice touch.

The reason I didn't give this place a 10/10 is mainly because of cleanliness. When I arrived, I saw some hairs in the shower, in the refrigerator, and on the bed. The toilet didn't look like it had been flushed correctly because some moldy stuff was floating inside. After I did some tidying up, it was fine, but I would suggest Rhea hire better cleaning staff next time. Also, beware of the ants. If you leave even a crumb of food outside, you will get a trail of them. I threw everything in a covered trash can, and they still found a way in, so I started tying up all my trash in plastic bags. Very late at night, I also saw some small roaches. I don't think this is the owner's fault. It's just a fact of life living in a unit where not everyone in the building is prudent with their garbage.

Peaceful and romantic and convenient

Rhea is very good, she even go beyond in fetching a grab taxi
