Unfortunately, the property was already fully booked on May 2 even though it was still listed as available on the app. We were unable to stay, and we have not received a refund. I hope this issue can be addressed to avoid similar experiences for future guests.

Clean & modern look Malapit sa mga significant places sa city

No name stated in the app and even on invoice so we had difficulty locating the exact building. Pero may name naman pala yung building-nakalimutan ko na. Pero nagrespond naman agad ang owner upon contacting their number. Walang bantay sa mismomg area. You just have to unlock (passcode sent via email) yung lockbox to access the key for the room. Btw, malinis ang room and maayos ang mga gamit. Madumi lang sa parking-sayang naman sana ma-maintain kasi mejo mabaho and mukhang matagal na di nalinisan. Bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. Liquid soaps are provided but Im not sure if shampoo yung isa or what. So better bring yours. May towel naman.

I like the place

You dont have coordination with your staff. The person that i chatted here on booking was not coordinating with their staff. I was advised to message Nook65. I requested here an early checkin at 7am since i am traveling from manila and as per the person i spoke with here in booking. Com says yes. I expected that the place was available at 7am since i requested it. Upon arriving at the area and checking the place theres still a guest inside and i message the nook65 since they are responsive and i said that i have an approval of early checkin. But as per nook65 they did not approve and. I took a screenshot of the approved checked in early and send it to them but as per them they still have a guest and i need to wait until 11am to checkin. I ended up checking in on a hotel for a couple of hours since i have a work and i need a place to stay. So its really inconvenience on the guest that we are expecting that everything in okay but eneded up complicated because of lack of communication inside of you org or campany.
