INI booked the hotel on booking.com for 30th November 2024. There were 8 people in my family including 2 children. I had booked 3 AC rooms. But they gave 2 non AC rooms. The rooms were dirty, there were stains on the bedsheets, dust and dirt under the bed There was a smell of washroom coming from the room.When I told the hotel staff the behavior of the staff was very bad. Electricity was cut off at one o'clock in the night. We cannot sleep properly because of mosquitoes throughout the night. After the power failure, they did not have a DJ available for the Backup. They charged us extra money for a room.
