Bathroom is old and shower water and heater are not good. Room is old. Towels are clean but many loose fabric

I like the how it's not crowded and the staffs are friendly. Supposedly, the check in time is 3pm but was allowed to get in at 2pm. Accordingly it was a complimentary one.

I didnt like the idea that they dont allow you bring in food since they have their own cafe, but when you order, it aint possible. First reason theyve told us is that their chef hasnt arrived yet. By the time I noticed the chef arrived and was about to order, I was told they dont have stocks😂. I went to front desk and ask permission to buy online and have it delivered instead. They dont have an idea about whats happening in the kitchen because they themselve was shocked. The next day, called their kitchen to order breakfast only to be declined since they only have breakfast buffet. No way it was mentioned though. Decided to check out early so we can have our breakfast outside instead. We were out and about by 9am when the check out is at 11am.

Clean and spacious, great upstairs pool area. Benelin (Ben) on reception was fantastic, the rest of the staff were nice as well.

Quite a remote location, nothing much around. Had deafening karaoke in the reception every night from 6-9, no audience just one person singing at the top of their lungs. Meant that if we had any questions for reception we literally had to lean over the desk and scream at them. Food in the restaurant was poor.

The road on the way to the property, the shower floor is a bit slippery and there’s no floor mat.

The room has many mosquitos,and the sink has garbage,although they custumize the bed for new year theme,but in total cleanliness is a must,it must be organized too from reciption.The TV i ask for assistance because it doesnt work,and i have to wait for an hour,and worst i have to go down im the reciption because the phone is busy.

Breakfast was OK. Not a lot of choices. Location good.

There’s no hot water available for breakfast. I had to pay extra fees for people who didn’t stay in the hotel rooms. Very disappointing
