The room was kind of clean, and it was on the ground floor. It had a good size and the bed was very comfortable

The room had a funny smell and the kitchen was very dirty. The bathroom had no toilet paper, but at least it was not that dirty. I opened just one fridge and I could not put my food in there. Maybe the other two were better.

Nice and easy check in with a comfy bed and shared facilities.

No WiFi (that I could see / find). As there are no entertainment etc.. and poor phone reception WiFi would have been helpful. Parking could be difficult without blocking driveways.

Everything. It was one of the dirtiest we have ever stayed. Dirty dishes in the kitchen sink, no toilet paper. I cannot describe how bad it is

I like that it had 3 fridges because at another stay i didn’t have any.

First off, the smell in room 2 was terrible. I don’t know what happened there but you can barely breathe. In facilities section WiFi is mentioned but don’t expect any because there is none. This was really important for me. Who doesn’t have WiFi in 2025? At least don’t mention it in the description. I would have turned a blind eye to any other inconvenience such as unsanitary toilets, dirty kitchen floors and fridges but having no WiFi was the last straw. Better spend an extra £10 per night than staying in a shit hole. Lesson learned

Absolutely nothing

I received the access codes to find that the room I had booked was already occupied. I tried calling the number given for any queries, but they didn’t answer. I gave up and called Booking.com who were exceptional. I received a full refund the same day. Do not bet your pension on being able to stay in that place.

Horrible.
