Proprietari di casa molto accoglienti e disponibilissimi. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie fin da subito in struttura mentre la stavano ancora pulendo e disponibili per il check out un po' più tardi. Posizione perfetta a a 15 min dalla spiaggia in monopattino

I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the place had everything I needed. The owners were very kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Már második alkalommal voltunk itt. Miden közel van: boltok, pékség, éttermek. A belváros egy kellemes 15-20 perces sétára van. Az apartman tágas, két oldalon terasszal. A konyha jól felszerelt.

Es ist ein sehr nettes Appartement und die Besitzer sind mega freundlich! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Excellent hosts in a spacious apartment for our group of 7. Large bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, nice terraces, good fans, and easy parking. Very clean. Close to beaches and Rovinj.

Take note of no air conditioning for the hotter months.

We were five adults and five children. The accommodation included everything that was declared, except the dish dryer. The location of the accommodation is convenient for walking distance (about 400 metres) to supermarkets (excellent bakery, Plodine, Lidl, Konzum) and for short car journeys to many nearby beaches. The host always helped us as much as he could at all times (great guy). We took our children's bicycles with us, which was a great idea as the garden was perfect for riding. The two bathrooms were handy. The host was constantly giving the kids goodies. There was a turtle walking around the property. The balconies were perfect not only for drying laundry but also a nice place to sit. You could also sit out front in the shade of the grape vines. We enjoyed it.

There were two bedrooms on the first floor facing the street, which was really busy (cars and motorbikes). As a result, you woke up because of the traffic noise. The kitchen equipment but also the rest of the first floor was outdated but it was not a problem. Mosquitoes were annoying at night when one forgot to plug in the mosquito protection (the protection was already in the room). The first floor lacked (we knew this before we arrived though) air conditioning units (it was really hot in August).
