The house is new, clean, and there is on-site parking.

1. Misleading Information * Breakfast is not served at the property. Instead, you receive coupons for a nearby café (rated 3.5 on Google), which is inconvenient in bad weather or if you’re traveling with children. This is not what most people expect from a B&B. 2. Poor Communication & Check-In Experience * There is no self check-in and no welcome message or instructions regarding parking were sent in advance. * The parking area is in very bad condition — full of potholes and loose stones, making it difficult to manage, especially in the dark. * We informed the host that we would arrive 1.5 hours later than planned. Still, when we arrived at 11:30 PM after a long 10-hour drive, the host spent half an hour lecturing us for being late, even though I apologized multiple times. 3. Unprofessional Host Behavior * The host claimed he was being kind for letting us in, and said he could have just taken our money and ignored us. He also said we were poorly educated, which felt extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. * Despite only 2 of us arriving instead of the originally booked 4, the host didn’t ask about the change reason. Yet, he gave us only 2 breakfast coupons per day, even though we paid the full price for 4 guests. * He didn’t help with our luggage, so a women and a child had to carry everything alone, in the dark, across the rough terrain. Final Thoughts
It’s a shame — the structure itself is good, but the experience was overshadowed by poor communication and a lack of basic hospitality. I regret not reading the host’s aggressive replies to other negative reviews beforehand. Had I done so, I would have chosen a different place.
