Oceanside Luxury Loft - Fast Wi-Fi - Workstations

La ubicación del alojamiento es buena y en general estaba bien equipado, pero tuvimos algunos inconvenientes que empañaron un poco la experiencia. Al llegar, tras toda la noche viajando, intentamos adelantar la entrada (sabíamos que no había huéspedes anteriores), pero no fue posible acceder antes de las 15:00. Habríamos agradecido un poco más de flexibilidad en ese momento y nos negaron rotundamente la entrada antes de tiempo sin ningún tipo de explicación. Además, encontramos una cucaracha muerta el primer día y otras vivas en los días siguientes, lo cual fue bastante desagradable. Los anfitriones lo saben ya que el alojamiento se encuentra lleno de trampas para estos insectos. Tampoco tienen productos de limpieza para la desinfección, que tuvimos que ir a comprarlos después de lo sucedido. Y por último mencionar que la ducha de la habitación de la parte más alta se encharca completamente, se sale el agua por todos sitios. El alojamiento tiene potencial, pero creemos que con más atención a la limpieza y a la atención al huésped podría mejorar mucho.

Quiet location away from the centre. Spacious loft with all amenities, including toiletries. Responsive, diligent team who ensured smooth check-in and check-out.

The apartment only has one window on the top floor bedroom, which made airing the apartment difficult. There was sometimes a foul smell coming from the bathroom on the top floor, although nothing was wrong with the toilet. There is no privacy in the apartment on the bottom floor, as there is no curtain like there is for the top floor. The shower upstairs was completely transparent too, which is fine for couples but not necessarily for friends. The upstairs shower’s seal was leaking, which resulted in a dirty floor throughout our stay.

Cute apartment close to the main strip and the ferry stop. The space feels quite new and most things are in excellent condition. While the upstairs shower is still waiting to be repaired (works fine but the door leaks) the second shower is super spacious and fully functional. Really appreciated the little touches like having an accessible vacuum - for when you bring sand into the space or have little kids that make a mess. The host is responsive and hospitable.

The door requires a phone with service to unlock initially, which worked fine for us this time and is likely convenient for most. However, it could be a challenge if your phone runs out of battery or if you don’t have international service.
