GBWhat could have been better would to be informed of our check in details including the address of the property to be told before our check in time which was 4pm we were informed after this time. And lack of security the accommodation has. As well as how untidy the room was with dirty dishes left behind
GBGBNothing was very dirty,smelt,ad dangerous fire hazards with the light fittings in some areas the lights weren’t the best either some bright and then rest was dull the sofa was low but was comfy to sit and sleep on,the wardrobe didn’t open,the heaters looked dangerous too…..the windows are baso difficult to open and broken when we tried to open the left side the handle came off and we was gentle! There was dirty and scuff marks in places,the shower neither of us could get into wash or wash hair,they was mould an bricks coming out the shower head was really mucky and they was a used plaster on the wall,it was so uncomfortable and I’m ocd and clean to heck I felt close to phobic too it was so small hardly any space,differen’t carpets and stuff,only 1 pillow each and differen’t colours and the bedding wasn’t great we itched on our legs and arms in some areas,the WiFi wasn’t great but not too bad,the windows was mucky as well as the the glass tables mirrors and some other bits also the tv couldn’t work cause they was another remote missing only good thing was could use the toilet and sinks okay the microwave was good an the kettle wasn’t clean looked mouldy inside got pics and videos of a lot of stuff,the location is horrendous to find I got lost from a South Yorkshire person too,some of the uber drivers arand was rude too and only thing what was decent the host let us stay abit later to check out as we didn’t sleep great and woke up early due to no air no fan even the extract fan in bathroom didn’t work! Was suffocating either hot air all the time and the window didn’t help at all no air came through an the curtains ad stain was very dirty when I touched everything I had to wash my hands a few times with my hand stuff and the plates and culturally I had to rewash to use mainly went out for food as it was bad darn’t even drink art the mugs!
It’s in the first box I hated it’s disgusting don’t like anything except the main reception and night guards was lovely and helped me! Also I could’ve got done for walking straight up and if they was a fire could’ve been dead as need to sign in which I did when the receptionist told me need to sign in for if anything happened as they have to get us out! -00000/10 I don’t recommend the Rotunda studio/apart meant Birmingham central 1707 level 17! I want a full or partial refund as we did stay! Thanks

Unfortunately the condition of the property was not acceptable. The apartment had a strong unpleasant smell, the temperature inside was extremely cold with no effective heating, and there were loud air ducts running continuously that could not be turned off. Overall, the property did not match what was reasonably expected from the booking. As a result, I had no practical option but to leave and secure alternative accommodation in Birmingham at short notice. This has taken considerable time and inconvenience.

Well go start with the fridge doesn’t work and it smells. The cooker turn on but sounded like it’s dying, the bathroom was covered in damp mould, the apartment had a terrible smell to it, the couch was held to together with pallets. It’s literally falling apart and the windows give lovely views but they open all the way and there’s barely any safety railings.
GBNothing to like about this property, FILTHY & DISGUSTING, drugs still on the side from the last guests. Rubbish in all the cupboards, toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while
Dirty Un-habitable Genearal cleanliness is appalling Bad customer service THREATENED WHEN CONTACTED landlord and refused to refund the FEE ####. Avoid at all costs #%#%% Not suitable for animals ### I have more pictures and video that aren’t uploaded of how filthy this place is, if anyone would like to see them get intouch
