GBGBGBGBLocation was very good and central, as the property is in the Rotunda, right next to the Bullring! Plenty of shops and shopping areas! There was also complimentary bottled water. Couch was comfortable.
Some items were a bit worn down, carpets and curtains have some stains. Complimentary drinks were already opened bottles of milk, juice, and soft drinks. There was an outlet tower but the plug is not standard British plug so it’s unusable.

Very dirty, stained everything. Found out it was actually someone’s home they’re renting out illegally. No facilities, bring everything with you, toiletries, hairdryer etc. The towels were all hand towels and lied to us saying it sleeps 3 when it only had a sofa for the 3rd person to sleep on. Washing machine was going off as soon as we came in as clearly they had put a wash on and left for us to come in!
GBGBThe property was comfy, clean & very homely. The view was incredible from the very top floor. Owner gave us a later checkout which was nice!!! Will defo be booking again.
