"Very bad experience that the staff team"

The room telephones where not working from day one. They didn't even try to fix. The room service was poor. The staff attitude was rude. They were even reluctant to assist on the baggage while check in and chek out. Restricted time of entry and exit at night. Breakfast doesn't have any menu options.

Breakfast was simple and very nice. Sabzi was little spicy. Need to take a note. Location is excellent.Staff was very courteous. Inspite of renovation work going on, premise was maintained clean
