We happened to stay during an unexpected heatwave, and the only thing we missed was a fan to help cool down the rooms at night.

Quite tricky to find. Very important to study the map provided by the host before attempting the last part of the journey. A lovely place and well worth seeking out. Two minor gripes: No cooking oil in the kitchen despite this being listed as provided, also not enough loo roll. To be fair, we didn’t contact guest support about this while we were there, I’m sure it would have been rectified had we done so. Would just like to mention as feedback.

The land owner is rude and aggressive. Advance warning might have been helpful not sure of best way to say it without putting people off but he was rude on the only 2 occasions he saw us. Maybe it’s on purpose!
