Heating for shower could be better for groups, You need to measure the time wisely

A very comfortable small apartment, well laid out and nicely furnished. It’s in a great location and the host is very easy to communicate with and prompt. Would definitely stay again. Would not recommend for tall people over 180cm due to low ceilings.

Host is very quick to respond and makes the experience very enjoyable. Very knowledgeable about the area and gives great helpful tips. Comfy little condo with very functional kitchen. Place is nice and dry. Great for wet ski gear like gloves and pants to dry. Steps from ski in ski out. We are a family of 3, parents with a teenager. Everyone found their little nook to hang out and relax after a long day of skiing. Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave and a decent sized fridge for 3 to 4 days worth of food. Supermarket is walking distance but load of driving before entering mountain area for cheaper groceries. The host can give you tips where to shop.

Hot water tank is a little small. Need to stagger showers and not too long. The lower shower is better cause the tank is there and has heater. Uses less hot water since the further away, the pipes will cool the hot water and you use more. Try not to wash dishes with hot water. Once you know how to monitor the hot water level you'll find that you have plenty to work with.

Claudio is a great host who was very courteous and friendly. He took care of all our questions quickly. It was a fairly short walk to everything. Very vibrant little town. The apartment was well stocked with appliances and tools for the stay (I had to borrow a shovel).

Not having control of the thermostat was interesting. We got hot at night and had to open a window. Ceilings were very low and the bunk beds were very small (our older boy had to sleep on the couch). It is a ski in, but it’s not really a ski-out place, so that may need to be adjusted in the ad. Parking is a bit of a challenge in winter due to the ice on the steep hill (another car almost slid into us) and plows pushing snow into your car in some areas.

Perfect location, clean comfortable and perfect for family.
