SECRET GARDEN - Suites & Apartments

Completely incompetent property. No facilities (gas stopped working), no hot tub as per the advertised photos of the property, no security (people walking in and out of the private courtyard the whole stay - certainly not “secret” gardens), mould in the property and broken radiator in the bathroom that kept flooding. To top it off, our car was STOLEN out the front of the property gate where the owner suggested I park with no support or condolence, leaving us trapped! At one stage the key card even stopped working so we had to climb the fence to get out! Tried to contact the owner multiple times with no response!

Fantastic place that is a little hard to find

The location. Lovely view out over Vasto to the sea. Comfortable beds Very spacious bathroom and good shower.

Hard to access entry, no instructions given before arrival. No table and only two stools in the kitchen. Kitchen equipment not really adequate if you like to occasionally prepare meals. Air-conditioning hand held controls didn't work.

The host was very helpful and stayed to open and show us the property. It is in a great location to Vasto center plenty of restaurants and a large park near by. Has a great view and nice grassed area to sit and relax. Good kitchen facility and the place had great Airconditioning Would highly recommend

The property was clean and in a great location in Vasto with a great view! it was about 5 minutes walk from the town. The host wasn’t there at check - in but was easy to deal with over the phone.

With the spa bath being on the inside the property and on constantly it felt very damp and humid throughout. It was also too hot for us to use. We found the bed uncomfortable (too soft and dipped in places). This may be a personal preference, but me and my husband didn’t have a great sleep.
