Good location

- Very small toilet/bathroom - Carpet and floor was dirty & sticky - Toilet is far away from the bedroom

The location is very good with a number of bus and tram routes accessible within a few minutes’ walk, and the town centre also accessible on foot.

Roost is a commercial letting outfit with a number of properties in Helsinki. This is not like being in someone’s home. There were a number of issues on arrival - items missing, broken, not working, items left in dishwasher, but these were rectified within 24 hours. Most importantly the bathroom is minute (2m x 1m max) and very impractical with shower water inevitably covering the whole floor. This let is suitable for 2 people as further sleeping room is on a sofa bed in a room between the kitchen and main bedroom. There is no washing machine for clothes.

Large space, nice and modern kitchen and dining room, comfy bed, nice lounge, good heating. Would come back again if I came back to visit Helsinki in the future :)

Apartment was lacking basic things for cleaning up dishes manually, such as dish soap, sponge, kitchen paper etc. Strange mechanism to open the front gate that leads to the courtyard.

Thin wall could hear the neighbour cough and playing piano. Not a major issue though

Spacious and well-furnished apartment in a central location, with all main attractions reachable by walk. Very clean and well equipped. Located in a safe pedestrian street with a supermarket, restaurants and pubs very close by.

Collecting the keys was a treasure hunt. We had to go to an office at a separate location, connect to the wifi from outside, go to a website and obtain a code just to enter the office and take the keys. Then we had to walk close by to the property, use other codes to open the outside gate and finally get to the apartment door. Very inconvenient at night with luggage. No elevator. The bathroom is tiny and unsuitable for well-built persons.
