The room was very large and beautifully decorated with great taste as was the whole place! Splendid and superlarge bathroom with double bathtub and separate shower. Comfortable bed. You really felt at ease and comfortable. Beautiful garden, outside terrace from the room, illuminated like a fairytale in the evening. I really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a set menu, you could choose from different sets.

There was a Nespresso machine in the room but no Nespresso capsules, although the manual said they could be found in the drawer. When I asked I was informed that coffeecapsules were not available. What’s the sense of having a coffeemachine without capsules? The electric kettle didn’t work as it should. With great difficulty we got it working to make some tea and dripping coffee we had brought ourselves. The first evening we had dinner in their restaurant which was not as good as we expected. The second night we went to the nearby restaurant “The Haven” which was extremely good and not expensive, reservation needed.

The style of this boutique hotel is very beautiful, the complimentary services were amazing and the staff was helpful all the way through. The room was comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

Could be slightly more modern (equipment) but this is a traditional style so that would explain it is hard to renovate

Organisation: The Hotel provided us with a Personal assistant (named Pisey) who was warm, friendly, readily contactable and helped us with all arrangements from transport from the hotel to our day trips. A very good communicator. She even arranged breakfast packs for us on the day we visited Angkor Wat for sunrise. I need to clarify - all staff were friendly and helpful. Location: Well situated, a short 'tuk tuk' ride or walk from the River front. Pisey would arrange the 'tuk tuk for us every day Cleanliness: A well maintained and charming property Meals: they have a restaurant on the property that provided an 'a la carte' menu. The breakfast and evening tea (not dinner) were included in the price of the room. There are many good dining options in the vicinity of the hotel, i.e. Haven for meals and The Bean Embassy (for a fantastic coffee) - all walkable distance.

I came to this hotel with high expectations given the great reviews and they exceeded my expactations. Everyone at the hotel was professional, courteous and helpful. A special thanks to Pisey who made all our arrangements including tours and made our stay super special. I liked their to go breakfast which were perfect for visiting Ankor Wat. I also liked their free tuk tuk service and we used it to go to Cuisine Wat Damnak and Miss Wong bar which were both close to the hotel. Their spa services were also amazing. Overall, I ended up using all their services so I would say is incredible value for money. There are so many options in the area but you won't regret staying here.

Beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly staff (thank you Davis). Lovely swimming pool and excellent food at the restaurant. Highly recommend this place to stay in Siem Reap.
