Difficulty in getting towels replaced. No complentary tea/coffee on arrival. Toilet paper not replenished. No tumble dryer.

No breakfast offered

Keys collected from and returned to a a filling station a mile away. This was a nuisance. Managing office was pretty useless, and falsely accused us of staying an extra day.
