Luxurious & Stylish Flat, Access to Public Transport & Shops

I really could not warn people more emphatically against booking with this property. When I turned up, I was informed the property I had booked was not available and put in another one which was still under construction. There was no wifi, many of the amenities advertised were not there. When I raised issues, the manager replied saying he was in Stoke on Trent and dealing with his own issues! Half way through the stay I was then asked to leave by the landlord who was having a dispute with the manager and said the property was on booking.com without his permission. After I left the property, initially the manager was apologetic and promised to refund the rest of my stay. He then lied to booking.com and pretended there had been no issues. Thankfully I had written proof and was able to get my money back. But after hundreds of stays with booking.com this is the first place I am leaving a WARNING about because the management are dishonest and out to take advantage of people.

I did not like anything about the property.I would like to say that this is not a 1 bedroom flat but a small studio guest house in the garden of somebody else’s house.He did not want to admit that anyone else lived in the bigger house until he baited himself by saying the people who were in that house came outside for him.Its a violation of someones privacy to not tell them they will be in someones garden and even though the windows and door was closed it was extremely cold.

When I told the owner about my disappointment of the guesthouse.He tried to flirt with me to stop me from disputing however when he realized this wasn't working on me he started to say I left the heater and the lights on.Today he has now lied and said I have trashed the place and he has video evidence there have been no complaints from booking about me however I have reported this owner.He proceeded to call me a prostitute and a piece of shit eventhough I never called him out of his name once.The owner is a liar and very unprofessional.

Very nice and intimate, very comfortable and the host is lovely and was so helpful!! Will definitely book again!

Easy access to public transport and shops

Host was quite receptive and provided new towels and drinking water on request. Made sure I was comfortable before he left which was quite impressive. The apartment was clean and warm.

Could do better by providing cooking utensils and clean sets of plates and cups.

It’s a really nice and cozy place to stay.
