Perfectly located in a residential block, easy to find and close to shops, restaurants, recreational activities and the best of Sanremo.

It would be useful if the apartment had a remote control to release the front gate and and the entrance.

La proximité avec les commerces et la plage Appartement spacieux Hôte réactif

C'est honteux de louer un appartement aussi sale . Nous avons lavé le sol à notre arrivée et l'eau était noire ! Une odeur d'égouts horrible . Dommage qu'on n'est pas fait couler l'eau ds les éviers et lavabo avec javel, et aérer l'appartement avant notre arrivée ! Vaisselle sale, placards de cuisine et bouilloire collante ! Les chaises de salle à manger défoncées . Obligées de rajouter un coussin . Lunettes des 2 WC cassées . Le propriétaire a fait intervenir qqun pour les changer dès qu'on le lui a signalé . Impossible de se connecter au Wifi .

La casa è ampia, gli spazi sono ben organizzati e con un bellissimo balcone vista mare e soprattutto posizione ottima. Molto apprezzata la presenza della lavastoviglie e della macchinetta del caffè.

Il mobilio è un po’ datato, purtroppo non è presente il bidet in nessuno dei due bagni e il condizionatore portatile fornito non è certo comodo ed efficace come uno split a muro.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt! Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, ein Supermarkt befindet sich fast neben der Haustüre und der grosse kostenpflichtige Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor dem Haus. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und es wurde immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Obwohl leider nur ein Raum über eine Klimaanlage verfügt, haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen.
