"Great room, great service and very clean"

We really enjoyed our stay and were well looked after by Lisa and Rachel. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sky tv in the room was a nice touch and breakfast was lovely. Peggy the dog was also lovely

Nothing negative about the stay. It was a very enjoyable stay and good value

"A delightful place to stay"

From the moment we arrived and were welcomed was lovey. Lisa was so lovely and our room was immaculate with a most comfortable bed, spotlessly clean bathroom and complimentary robes and slippers that were a lovely touch. The absolute treat was at breakfast - delicious home made butter! A perfect stay, will definitely return. Thank you!

Cosy, central to Annesley itself, great WiFi for those who desperately need it, plenty of tv channels to watch sky etc. Clean white bedding and towels ( I know this is important for some ). Super comfy bed in room 5. Lisa is very friendly and nothing is too much for her. She makes a cracking full English too. Peggy who is the resident pooch is adorable. Just bear in mind the age of this building ( if you’re looking for ultra modern ). We had a great chilled time and would definitely book again.

Literally everything! Can’t fault anything about the property, the room or the host. Has everything you need, gorgeous views, very comfortable bed, extras like a robe and disposable slippers were a great addition! Will definitely be using again whenever I’m local!

"Room and stay was adequate and good value for money."

Room was clean and tidy. Mattress was firm.

Staircase up to rooms was extremely steep and tight bend at the top. Room was cold even though we had extra heating. Draft from window blew curtains and bed was next to window, maybe move bed away from window? Only 2 parking spaces available and if you move your car or go out, parking cannot be guaranteed. Pillow was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
