Family Airport Hotel - Nội Bài

Only there for a night but the staff were super helpful and the place was perfect for a layover

The location of the hotel is very good - it takes about 8 minutes by taxi to the international terminal, which is very practical for an early flight. The room was quiet and the beds were firm but still comfortable.

The cleanliness is not good there was hair on the beds and the shower was very dirty. The hotel promised a free breakfast, but that was not included. The staff wanted to ensure that we gave a five-star rating, which we refused. I would not stay here again.

The location is very close to the airport but the area is not nice and not many markets /restaurants close to the hotel. The bed was incredibly firm so didn’t get a good night sleep. We booked the room with hot tub but when we arrived to the hotel, we were told that our room is occupied by other customers which was not acceptable.
