Very convenient and central location, bed was comfortable and water pressure was great, but far from luxury or 'stylish'

Being so central it was incredibly loud all weekend, hardly slept at all. I appreciate this isn't the hosts fault but it made for a difficult weekend. What was in the hosts control and should have been sorted is: -dead bird in the communal square -no soap in kitchen -Cooker hood light not working - frying pans and saucepans very damaged and need to be thrown out - the non stick being broken in a way is actually dangerous - wooden or silicone cooking implements should have been provided for non stick pans - no tea, sugar, oil, salt or pepper provided - kitchen tap is stiff so difficult to use - No dishwasher tablets provided - Shower bar not secured to wall Honestly, two nights at the flat really wasn't cheap so quite disappointed with all the above. Hopefully the host will read this and improve the accommodation asap.

The location was EXCELLENT. Right in the centre, looking over the street. The view was lovely looking at everything going on down below and the little balcony was so lovely to have morning coffee on. The beds were very comfy, the shower had good water pressure, the kitchen was well equipped and the wi-fi was great. I would absoloutely stay here again, as would my colleague and we have recommended it to the rest of our colleagues who often travel to our Birmingham office.

It seemed like the last people staying might've spilled some red wine or something red and sticky into the knife holder and drawer below and the kitchen hood and cupboard doors had some old grease and dust on - nothing too crazy though and nothing a quick wash doesn't fix!

Central location, easy key pick up & contact with the letting agents

Needs a deep clean , much of the property needs decorating due to white walls looking scuffed and marked. Needs new white bedding and towels instead of old dark coloured ones. Furniture and soft furnishings starting to look worn.

The location and cleanliness.

The address shown in Booking.com was not correct, and even the postcode sent me more than 20 minutes walking from the actual location of the apartment. At night, with windows closed, you could hear people on the street up to late hours, even o a Tuesday night.
