Excellent location, host was very attentive and directed us to the shuttle info. Excellent self serve breakfast and very clean property. So close to the beach and even though we stayed 1 night, we loved the beach and amenities, would stay more than 1nigjt next time🌊🏖️

It was great for one night before our flight out of Rome. Right on the beach with lots of great restaurants.

Bathroom was separate from the room and an extra cost.

Location to airport but also close to beach. Extremely large room meant packing our bags for long flight home was easy. Mike and his mother were wonderful and great communicators

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at B&B Buena Vista. The location was perfect—conveniently close to both the beach and the airport, making our travel plans incredibly easy. The hosts were exceptional: friendly, accommodating, and highly responsive throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, and they even helped arrange transportation to the airport, which made our departure completely stress-free. One of the things that stood out most was how spotless the property was. It was truly one of the cleanest accommodations we have ever stayed in, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain the property. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility with our luggage. The hosts kindly allowed us to store our bags before check-in and after check-out, which was extremely convenient and allowed us to make the most of our time without worrying about our belongings. Although we only stayed for one night, the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our visit. We would not hesitate to stay at B&B Buena Vista again the next time we are in Italy and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and hospitable place to stay.

The breakfast area is tranquil,excellent coffee, very clean and excellent treats.

Au fait rien car ils ont dû nous diriger vers un autre B&B avec notre accord: la chambre qui nous était réservée espérait prolonger … à cause de la grève des trains. Les notes concernent donc l’autre établissement très bien pris en charge également.
