Nothing.

Extremely dirty, black mouldy floors, damp everywhere. Used condom packet in bedroom and toenails on floor, rubbish piled high in the outdoor bins yet they messege asking you to take rubbish out before you leave. Bathroom covered in limescale, grime, hairs and fingerprints on mirror, holes in the walls, no equipment to prepare a basic meal, no grater, masher, rice drainer or oven trays. Property stated there was laundry liquid yet non left. Dirty mouldy socks stuffed down the back of radiators, property stunk of cigarettes and this wasn’t just by the back door, you smelt it as soon as you stepped in. No hoover for guests to clean after themselves or cleaning products. One sofa yet the property potentially sleeps 5 people. Nowhere to sit to eat (no dining table). Fridge unbalanced and wobbly and skirting behind peeling and dirty. Kitchen cupboards not cleaned, full of crumbs and used food from previous guests. All crockery in kitchen dirty and lipstick marks on wine glasses, coffee rings in mugs. Walls covered in scratches and marks. Cobwebs and spiders all over the property. The back yard covered in other peoples litter including cigarettes thrown on the floor. The property is described as a 2 bedroom house, it’s actually a grotty ground floor flat underneath another flat that you could hear talking/ moving around the walls were so thin. Stains on computer chair. The outside street was covered in litter and could hear drunks outside arguing and the street smelt of cannabis, not an ideal location for a holiday home. When I complained to the owner they didn’t care. We left early as couldn’t stay there any longer with headaches from smoke smell and how dusty/dirty it was we felt the place was unhygienic. Highly recommend yoh don’t stay here.

Well kitted out, nice kitchen and nice comfortable beds.

Could not get the shower hot enough for me personally and strong odour or cigarette from previous lodgers?
