The location was pretty good, near to everything. I liked that have a washing machine but could’ve been better if had detergent.

Having shampoo and conditioner would been nice

Die Lage, das freundliche Personal. Adriana hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, das Frühstück war inklusive. Das Zimmer oben im ersten Stock war sehr ruhig. Die unteren Zimmer eher laut, da nebenan eine Bar war. Insgesamt war das Preisleistungsverhältnis top. Danke für die gute Zeit auf Isabela. Wir würden wieder hier einchecken. Wir hatte 2 Zimmer mit 2 Bädern. Die Zimmer waren mit einer Verbindungstür verbunden.

Gar nichts alles top.

La ubicación muy estrategica, cerca de los puntos turisticos, restaurantes, markets. La anfitriona muy amable desde antes de nuestro viaje hasta finalizar nuestra estadia.

WARNING!!!!! Do not stay here. Its not anything like the add. As we arrive the water pump was defective and was making a constant very loud screaking sound for hours in a row. Also the aircondition outside module is making a constant very loud humming, as it is vibrating. Those noises has left our entire family unable to sleep. Even tho we mentioned it saturday it took until sunday for the pump to be fixed and the aircon module is not fixed at all. It is totally unaccetable that the landlord does not pay more attention to get those problems fixed quickly as it impacts the entire vacation. When we arrived we have noticed several thing from the booking add thats is not present in the appartment. Such things as a hairdryer, washing mashine, bathtub, all the security items Also the booking add specifies that theres a beach as well as a private beach to the apartment (there is not). It states that the apartment is 150 square meters (it is not, but around 80 square meters. Furthermore one of the “bedrooms” is not actually a bedroom, but a technique room, open to the next floor and without any windows. This is not actually a room suitable for living or sleeping, nor is it legal. The bunkbeds has no bed rail and is dangerous to sleep in. The offered appartment is very far from what is the actual reality. Also far less worth than the add suggest. We have made our booking based on the offered add months ago, and could have easily chosen different places if we knew how far from the reality it is. Adressing this to the landlord they offered a 60$ compensation. However the appartments is not even worth half of what its priced at. In fact we wouldt even book it at whatever the cost it would have. In order to give us the small compensation they required that we cancelled the entire rent via booking.

Location was great, sufficient space, had what we needed and comfortable.

Instructions for the property would be helpful. Unclear how to get more of things (water, toilet paper, towels) as we ran out. We were set up with enough for 2 days, but were there 5. A guide for what to do with trash, how to use the washer etc would be helpful.

- apartamento mal decorado y poco modernizado. Incluso, la puerta de la terraza no funciona: no se cierra y hace ruido. - alguna de las camas no tenían sábanas encimeras (y tuvimos que cogerlas de otras camas que habíamos dejado libres) - no adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida: No hay ascensor y son dos pisos de escalera. - el agua caliente de la ducha no funciona adecuadamente. Se lo comunicamos a la persona encargada y nos dijo que vino un técnico… nunca solucionaron el problema - Tuvimos un problema: el piso de abajo también se alquila y los otros huéspedes hicieron fiesta hasta altas horas… - Tuvimos otro problema: la persona responsable del apartamento nunca nos devolvió nada del dinero sobrante de lo que se le abonó en metálico.

The host was AMAZINGLY communicative as soon as I booked. She sent me very helpful and detailed information about arriving at the island, how to get to the apartment, and how to check in. We arrived at 11am in the morning and were allowed to check in as soon as we arrived--a huge plus! The apartment was spacious, the kitchen well stocked, everything clean. Great location in the middle of everything, very close to the shore.

Three main things: 1) The bathroom light did not work for the first 3 nights of our 4-night stay. I thought it was a problem with the fixture; apparently it was just the light bulb. My frustration is that the host knew the light bulb needed to be changed and could have fixed it easily, but instead left us to shower in the dark for 3 days. 2) The internet is pretty bad. 3) There is a large opening at the end of one of the bedrooms that is open to the floor above (like a loft scenario). Fortunately, you can't see from one room to the other, but you can HEAR everything going on up there. Overall, we had a good stay, but these three points definitely diminished the experience.

Perfect location and plenty of room.
