Cheerful 4 Bedroom in a Golf Estate

There were no knives, barring butter knives in the cottage. There was no soap in the bathrooms. Two of the wine glasses were cracked, and a beer glass.

The location is beautiful. Lots to do with kids. Swimming pool (free) tennis (free) horseriding (additional payment), Golf (additional payment). For moms who wants to have a break a spa for massages. The unit we stayed in was spacious. Free wifi was an unexpected surprise. Loved the fireplace. Kept the unit cozy especially when it got chilly at night. Beds also have electric blankets.

The unit is in need of some TLC. The bee in the master room is quite hard and for someone with back issues not so comfortable. It also creaks quite a bit when you turn. Unfortunately we had to break the bathroom door (which i feel bad about) as my 8 year old son got stuck in the toilet. The door would simply not open as the door latch was stuck in the frame and would not budge and he was becoming quite hysterical. No bathroom window to have him open that to climb through. The unit definately needs a good clean from blinds to cupboards and some crockery was a bit oily so we had to wash some things we needed to use

lovely location right on the gold course. very comfortable with a great entertainment area.

missing and broken remotes. there was a wifi router, but no data available on the prepaid router. indoor fireplace doesn't draw properly, so whole place filled with smoke when fire made inside.

Could not connect to wifi. Vodacom had no reception at the house we stayed in.

The property was very comfortable. The living areas were very roomy and there was a lovely braai area outside looking onto an incredible view of the golf course, mountains and nature.

There were quite a few maintenance problems in the house and many missing remotes and some missing keys.

Katberg was beautiful and very tranquil.

Our accommodation was very disappointing for the price we paid. The house needs ++ maintenance! No wifi as well. The cleanliness of the house was disappointing as well. On arrival i asked the helper to sweep the entrance of the house as well as to clean the braai grid. The courtyard was dirty with items lying around e.g. water bottles and broken items from the house e.g. gutters etc.
