"Nightmare"

Nothing

Poor infrastructure. TV did not work in the entire campus. Poorest food quality. The resort has muddy carpet area with zero grass. Many guest were found fighting with manager as every room had infrastructure problems. Guests were found eating food in the Ananya resort next door.

"Worst nightmare to spend even for an hour"

Worst experience..instead of booking 2 proper rooms and confirmation from the hotel they were not able to provide 2rooms.. Worst behavior and worst customer experience

Nothing to be liked about this hotel...they should be banned asap

"Passable"

The rooms are comfortable, Location is excellent.

Due to shortage of staffs, the service was horrible. There are 45 rooms but managed by only 3 staffs, as a result the quality of service is very poor. Cleanliness is not maintained.

The location is superb, the hotel is nicely built up. Food is Ok but fish items are less.

There's no shelf or rack in the washroom. TV wasn't working. No tea bag in the room.
