Roomy, very clean, could walk to the local restaurant, large washer and dryer available for guests to share. Shared kitchen has large fridge, coffee maker and Keurig with lots of k cups for guests.

The only thing we didn't like was that we had to cross a shared hallway to go to our private bathroom from our bedroom.

No word is enough -- picture perfect and pristine. The property is above and beyond my expectation. It has everything as mentioned in the listing. But I felt it offered more. The host is great. Even the neighbors greeted us with smiles. The human touch is more than you can ask for!

Nothing - just nothing! If your planned stay is within an hour drive from this property, just don't hesitate to book -- it's worth it!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host was communicative, checkin was easy, the space was spotlessly clean, the facilities modern, the shower had great water pressure, the bed was comfy, the kitchen access was great... an all-around gem!

Es war alles vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt komfortabel macht: eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Bücher und Zeitschriften. Auch Taschentücher und Ohropax so wie Shampoo und Duschgel waren vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Die gesamte Einrichtung war sehr einladend und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Toll war auch die Möglichkeit die Wäsche schnell waschen und trocknen zu können. Die gesamte Unterkunft war außerordentlich sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The host was responsive and answered questions quickly. Check-in was straightforward and easy. The accommodation has several practical details, such as small evening lights, good shampoo and conditioner, white noise machines, coffee, and suitcase racks. The entrance area is spacious and useful for leaving wet items or doing laundry. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a stay.

El baño no es en suite y hay que salir de la habitación, pero la planta es para nosotros solos, así que es como si fuera nuestro el pasillo y la cocina también!

Was not a problem at all but I was surprised when I arrived that the kitchen and living area were shared. I may have missed that in the listing?

The First Floor Room was spacious and comfortable and adjacent to a spacious kitchen, dining, living room. The accommodations are impeccably clean, lots of parking, outdoor spaces that are nice including a fire pit area. It's within walking distance to the local grocery store, delicious ice cream and other stores in this small northern New England town. It's also a perfect location for my family when we are visiting our elderly family member at the nearby senior living complex.
