A wonderful stay and such great hospitality from Dan. Highly recommend!

We had a delightful stay. The room was quite large for our family of four and the beds were quite firm but comfortable. The room had a small balcony with chairs, which was useful. The bathroom had double sinks, windows that opened and was a good size. We were in Tam Coc during a heatwave but thankfully the air-conditioning was working very well. Thank you to Dan and Amy for their hospitality. They are friendly and lovely people. Dan had many great suggestions on places to visit including best times of the day. He organised taxis, tickets and a laundry service for us. Communication prior and during our stay was excellent.

Absolutely perfect stay! The owner is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to help with anything you need, which really makes a difference. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was huge, plenty of space with two very large, super comfortable beds. The area is peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing. The swimming pool is also fantastic, a real highlight of the stay. Couldn’t recommend this place more!! everything was just spot on

Maybe the breakfast could be improved.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. It’s in a great location, with everything you need close by. All the staff are absolutely fabulous.

A friend of mine recommended this place to stay while we were in the Ninh Binh area. Well, less of a recommendation and more of a “you have to stay here” coupled with a text of the details. She was not wrong. The accommodations are beautiful, while also having a really warm and welcoming feel. There is a communal area with a place to play pool and bikes to use to explore the area, as well as a swimming pool. It is slightly outside of the main hustle and bustle of Tam Coc, which was really nice, but only about a 5 min walk in. The service was warm, professional and personalised so that we were able to make the most of our time in the area. We really enjoyed our time at Tam Coc Sana Villa & Homestays and will definitely be back!

Nice hotel and very comfortable and spacious rooms.

Pool area is very small.

Lovely welcoming small hotel with Dan and Amy great hosts. The room was nice and spacious and we loved the use of the bikes to cycle out into the quiet countryside just down the road from the hotel. Location great with just a short walk into town and the many restaurants and bars.

The room was on roadside and quite noisy at times.
