La ubicación del Hotel es excelente y la atención del personal fue muy agradable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento durante mi estancia. El proceso de check-in y la comodidad general de las instalaciones hicieron que la estancia fuera muy agradable. El hecho de exista una sala en el piso donde nos hospedamos me encantó. El estilo oriental es muy agradable. Me gusto ver café pero solo había 1, me encantaría tè en la habitacion sería lindo.

Hubo pequeños detalles de mantenimiento que pueden mejorar: la limpieza profunda del baño al momento de entregar la habitación y la calidad de las toallas, ya que el segundo cambio se percibía un poco desgastado. Comparto esto de manera constructiva ya que planeo hospedarme nuevamente con ustedes y la experiencia fue grandiosa.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, el personal muy amable, el restaurante espectacular y la ubicación super céntrica.

Lo único que nos hizo falta fue una neverita en la habitación.
