"Happy overall and would stay again."

Great restaurant and good free breakfast with fruit and eggs and coffee amongst many other things Very clean and quiet. High end luxury

Room was a bit small but we had a room not a suite Price was much lower on booking.com

Seemed modern, good wifi. Comfortable bed.

The bed had gravel or sand in it . It was little pieces of rock. The bed was all made when I got there. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. Staff didn't seem to care when told about it. I feel there should have been more care. This was not a 40 dollar hotel stay.

"No me volvería a quedar"

Me picó una garrapata mientras dormía en la habitación (estaba en la cama), lo siento, pero no puedo ser objetivo después de eso. Eso es un síntoma claro de una falta de limpieza absoluta. Si me pica en la selva, genial, pero no en un hotel.
